Shipping Rate Calculations

Here at S&W Healthcare we are always trying to save our customers money wherever possible, whether that be on products or on shipping rates. For this reason we have disabled the UPS API shipping rate calculations on our website (effective 10/2019) and will instead have our Customer Service department provide the best rates possible when confirming your order. We will still offer our customers all UPS shipping services but now at more competitive rates with the focus on saving you even more money and time! Returning Purchased Products

All purchased products from S&W Healthcare must be returned to our facility within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee with fees dependent on the individual product returned. Special order items purchased through S&W Healthcare are non-refundable with no exceptions.

We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the website, complete an order online, fill out a “subscribe to our newsletter” form, and other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our website where user data is required.
